I have the PSD with groups & layers from a professional designer. I need the PSD ported to a fully functional Joomla site. Build the template on a custom template or any Yoo Theme or Rocket Theme template which is easy to work with - Use my RSForm license - Activate and configure SEF component - Validate code & CSS - Minimal or no coding into Joomla framework ([login to view URL]). System must be dynamic and FULLY administratable from the admin panel - Crossbrowser compatible - Use common default font class as alternative font type
