Fix missing user profile pic issue on established laravel site.

Fix issues described: One little thing is that I have a generic portrait that is shown when a user does not provide a pic of themselves but creates a profile. I have discovered that if they add a pic, and then remove it for some reason, that instead of going back to the generic star portrait pic is instead shows a blank space where their pic used to me. I need to make sure that if a pic is deleted that the generic portrait is shown instead. Here's a link to a story with a user who commented who has created a profile without a pic, so only the generic pic shows.
