Laravel and React help

I have a client who is building an app. My main developer is overloaded, and I need someone to help him wrap it up and get the app ready to publish. This is a small project, if you do well, we will have future tasks for you. In order to be considered, you MUST show: 1. 3 apps currently published on Play Store and App Store. 2. Be available to discuss project with the lead programmer, Project Manager, and Client via Zoom during normal business hours CST. 3. Either you or a person in your organization fluent in spoken English. 4. Understand that detail will be provided after bid acceptance. 5. be available to join our Discord for team communication. I know it's odd to bid without knowing the exact work we're asking you to do. Rest assured that whatever your price, we'll not overload you. The reason for lack of detail is (as you know) development is fluid, and by the time we make a hiring decision our needs will most likely change. I also realize that an hourly job is preferred for this type of work, however we are on a limited budget due to constraints from the client and lost time in development, so we are just trying to get it done at this point.
