Make simnple easy to understand Supplier -distributor agreement

Please quote for making a Standard but very clear distribution/OEM agreement between Manufacturer & Distributor in international environment considering monthly business volumes are lower then USD10000 per months (so agreements needs to be simple). We already have some agreements samples or with other companies but we have some concerns that needs to be addressed, new clauses included, irrelevant clauses removed. You should have good experience making such agreements.. You will need to interact with us on email/chat/phone and discus our concerns and also ask us relevant questions and then send the final draft to us. We may require such services regularly in future if this project is successful.
