Legal research - State of California for - Family Law and Court Procedures for Violations

Hello involved in a court proceeding (Family Law case) within the state of California. I am currently self-represented as the attorneys I previously retained lacked the ability, resources and aptitude to represent me against opposing attorney. Although the opposing attorney appears bright, he lacks integrity, has cut corners, misrepresents facts, and has omitted information if his court filings, which is the reason for this project solicitation. I am looking for someone to research and determine whether an attorney violated a court procedure and/or violated a rule of professional conduct. The person for this project should: 1. Qualifications: Have prior experience with performing legal research in United States "Family law" 2. I will provide you with a list of facts to be researched. Research these facts and determine if a violation has occurred; if so providing the specific rule(s) of law that has been violated. 3. If violations have occurred, to them further assist me with preparing a complaint with the State of California Bar. Summary / High level attributes for research. Case Overview: 1) Family Law case in the State of California 2) *** Requesting change/modification to child custody and child support *** 3) Mom/Attorney "A" filed a Request of Order in March 2019 4) Temporary Order in June 2019; a) Mom now has primary custody b) Dad/Attorney "C" to start paying child support. 5) Court hearings and document submittals have continued, last one being September 2020. Parties: (1) Mom/Attorney "A" - "Moving" party or "petitioner" making the request for change (2) Attorney "B" / Minor's Counsel - Representing 2x children (3) Dad/Attorney "C" - representing recipient / "respondent". Possible violations by Mom/Attorney "A" to be researched: (I) March 2019 request filed by Mom/Attorney "A", alleges a series of claims related to the children and Dad. Attorney "A" notifies Dad but never notifies the very people the claim is said to represent, the children who is represented by Attorney "C". What is Attorney "A"'s responsibility to notify Attorney "C". NOTE: Attorney C was notified over one year later in September 2020 (Was not pleased, claiming we had no right to speak with her clients without her knowledge) II) Information / forms submitted to the court regarding Mom's income has been false (underreported) III) Information / forms submitted to the court regarding individual's living in Mom's home with children is false. NOTE: Appears Mom's live-in boyfriend may have been arrested for assault with a domestic partner in the past. His name does not appear anywhere on the form(s) submitted by mom. IV) Attorney "A" submitted documents to the court for the Court/Judge without providing me a copy V) Attorney "A" has provided documents to the court/me the day before and/or the morning of hearing date.
