487643 Server Expert Needed

We need a server expert who speaks fluent English. Must have a minimum of 8 years experience with Linux and all of its components like mysql, apache, etc. Windows is a plus also. We pay $3 per ticket (level 2), but the ticket and issue must be resolved permanently. It will be jobs that our other techs dont know how to complete effectively. Such as proper optimization, tweaking of a server. Don't bother bidding if you have less than 8 years of experience and English is not your primary language. We are paying for a total of 10 tickets at first. Please tell us about your experience! Thanks!
