We need to send our website's members mail notifications to Hotmail ISP's inbox folder. Specifications ----------------------- 1- Sending volume is near 1M per day. 2- we will buy a new server from wherever you want for this job. 3- All configurations must be done for sending mail. (spf, rdns, dns etc.) 4- Our sender program using SMTP, we must send mails over SMTP 5- We must send to inbox folder, not to junk folder for Hotmail ISP At the and of the job, if we can mail to hotmail's inbox folder, we will pay all money. And the we will buy a monthly support for a long time for the mailing jobs.

That's a lot of emails to send in a day. You will have to find a dedicated server and also one overseas to make sure you aren't shutdown prematurely. Hosting cost alone may be 100-200 a month. The initial setup of your emailing service is not the problem it will be the long run, you will constantly have backup hosts in case your current host shuts you down. I am experienced in mass mail hosting and will be willing to provide my expertise to you.

I can provide you with a virtualised host within Amazon EC2, including DNS registration, rDNS and SPF configurations. Host+registration will cost around 500-1500USD per year depending on the required size of the virtual host and these costs are in addition to the costs for finishing this project. We can start with a low-cost server and upgrade seamlessly as the need arises. You'll connect to the host using TLS with a non-official certificate (an official one will cost an additional 250USD setup and 50USD/year registration).
