PROJECT MANAGEMENT ARTISAN HAND MADE CHARM JEWELLERY / JEWELRY PRODUCTION THAILAND INDIA

Need to hire 2 Freelancers Greetings to all, we are looking to hire two (2) persons with good connections in the artisan jewellery / jewelry community (maybe artisans themselves) in THAILAND and INDIA. This job posting is aiming TWO (2) persons, one in each country. Candidates MUST be a local and live in the country in order to be considered for the task. Chosen candidates would become PA Personal Assistant & Project Manager in respective country and would be responsible for the following tasks. 1. Identifying local artisans who could produce simple but nice and local handmade charms in different materials (Bracelets, Necklaces, Charms, Beads & Accessories but excluding expensive fine jewellery) 2. Sourcing materials and resources 3. Organizing logistics distribution and fulfilment centre 4. Coordination of all business activities between local artisans and HQ business unit 5. Write and record detailed Standard Operating Procedures in regards to production and sourcing Additional Requirements and skills: Candidates should 1. Display a Professional Attitude and impeccable Work Ethic at all times 2. Have a passion for building teams 3. Have some proficiency in General Business Coordination and Logistics 4. Have good Management Skills and show Empathy (high EQ) towards partners 5. Have strong Human Resources capabilities 6. Have an Understanding of Business Development 7. Be able to work with Spreadsheets, Checklists and Listings 8. Manage excellent Communications with Artisans, Business Partners ad Suppliers 9. Display Time Management skills - Having some experience in Jewellery or Hand Crafting skills is of course a plus. - Being a artisan designer yourself is also helpful but not mandatory. - Appreciating art, aesthetic and beautiful things is a great advantage Please message me if you have any questions.
