Facebook application

We need a facebook app which integrates with android and iphone. the app will allow users to create messages and images which can be printed directly to t-shirts, sweatshirts, mouse mats etc. the template will allow a number of configurations, letting users to choose different colors, different fonts, include images/photos etc. in effect, its allowing users to design their own clothing. the different designs will then be uploaded where people can vote on their favorites. we would like facebook and twitter comments to be sent directly to the template so users can paste their favorite messages etc directly onto products for printing. the app can also be used to communicate directly with those who have downloaded it. we would like to be able to send special offers and giveaways.
