Poker Player recruiter and Manager

Extreme fluency in English is only accepted. The ideal candidate will have experience managing people to use poker software and play micro cash games profitably. Candidate will find potential players to receive a % of their profits and the manager will also earn a % of the player profit. Players are estimated to make around $10/hr with little training. A remote server PC will be provided with all software necessary for the poker players to learn the game and play in the provided poker clubs. The software will also track their results. The manager will quickly dismiss losing players and focus on training and moving winning players into more profitable positions. The ideal candidate will be extremely good with technology, recruitment in cheap labour markets and cash management. The candidate will be available for this job 24/7 as workload will be heavy but pay will be extremely well when players are profitable.
