I have a CTO of a company which design and manufacture pcbs and aeronautical components to airbus I have several experience in design a massive electronics and generating gerbers and assemblie instructions.

I have mentioned the price split up as milestones. An in-house facility is available for manufacturing your entire requirement. This is my website: https://printlay.in. We work with major companies who require product development on a frequent basis. The mold cost for key has been considered as press tool. If you require die casting process the cost may increase. But we suggest press tool if the thickness of the key is not more than 3 mm. If you can explain this "PCB TESTING WITH APP COST SERVICE" it will be more clear on my end. If you can initiate a conversation i can provide a clear costing for the different MOQ mentioned by you. Kindly clarify if you also need the molds to be shipped. The cost can be worked out if the mold spares can be reused among the two molds, if you are comfortable with it.
