Job Summary: As a Marketing Manager at NZN DIGITAL LTD, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. We only market OPTOMETRISTS. Key Responsibilities: Developing Strategies & Plans: Crafting comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital, advertising, communications, and creative. Market Research: Conducting market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, trends, and the competitive landscape. Campaign Management: Managing and coordinating marketing and creative staff, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services. Budget Management: Managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing activities are cost-effective. Collaboration: Working closely with the sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentations. Brand Management: Guiding the day-to-day activities of the marketing team and ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team. Analytic: Analyzing consumer behaviour and adjusting email and advertising campaigns accordingly. Digital Marketing: Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns. Stakeholder Communication: Liaising with other departments such as sales and product development to ensure brand consistency. Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience in marketing, with a track record of creating successful campaigns. Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills. Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics software. Preferred Skills: Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
