Direct Mail/Email Campaign QA/QC Checklist Required

Hi There, I am trying to implement a QA process for our on going DM and Email campaigns that are run fortnightly and monthly. How would this work and what kind of documents we would need, this would basically be some sort of check list I have attached a document of something that I found on the internet, not sure if this is correct or not but I assume a QA process would be pretty generic across all campaigns. At present we don't have any pacific QA process in place, just the usual checks like checking counts against campaign and export etc. Can you help? I estimate these work to be very straight forward and a quick turnaround but I also require something that looks and feel professional. Kind Regards
