Help me with Marketing

I am in need of a marketer who can boost my digital materials online. I have a Christian book already published on Amazon titled 'and he arose- a healing classic' I have another comic book and a cartoon film all on Amazon. I have an active Google + (Toyosi Akinlade with 2500 followers whose majority are very interested in my blogs and books, however this haven't yielded much as I expect. The comic and film have not been launched though. I want a digital marketer of proven results to take up this projects and tell me how his/her compensation or pay should be, based on results and yardstick to make freelancer milestones.
