insightly crm setup and modification

i am running a design and construction company. i am not happy with our old native german speaking crm. I want to see if insightly and mailchimp is an option for my business. I am looking for someone who has experience with insightly and mailchimp. I can give the information/ data that i want to see and you need to customize the Insightly / mailchimp software.
