Matlab code

I need to plot of a periodic Gaussian pulse signal at 10 kHz. The pulse repetition frequency is 1 kHz, sample rate is 50 kHz, and pulse train length is 10 milliseconds. But I cannot use the built in matlab 'pulstran' or 'gauspuls' function as I need to have a phase shift. There is an attachment where I have included all the details necessary. The code has to be in terms of the function mentioned in the attachment that is the function has to be in the code. Once again no built in function should be used. The price is negotiable.
