Hi, My Background: Manager, Designs. Image Processing Expert. I've already implemented Hand Sign recognition using Hidden Markov Model, this was a part of master thesis project. I already have a good understanding of the subject and i'll be able to do it using Neural Networks. The only problem is the budget. I won't be able to do it within USD 30. A basic system with a decent recognition will be USD150. More accurate systems will take a lot of training and will cost you more. Let me know what you think.
