CONFIRM 1: First low puts a line at the bottom of the lowest candle body the line is invalidated if a candle opens and closes below that level CONFIRM 1 is valid only if price is lower than ema5 is lower than ema13 is lower than ema50 is lower than ema200 CONFIRM 2: First high puts a line at the top of the highest body in the period after CONFIRM 1 is formed CONFIRM 2 can only start when CONFIRM 1 is formed. In addition, from the time CONFIRM 1 is formed, a candle must first close above the ema50 before CONFIRM 2 can start. CONFIRM 2 is invalidated if CONFIRM 1 is invalidated if that is the case then back to CONFIRM 1. CONFIRM 3: Second low puts a line at the bottom of the lowest body in the period after CONFIRM 1 and 2 are formed. CONFIRM 3 can only start when a candle has closed back below the ema50 and after CONFIRM 1 and 2 are formed. CONFIRM 3 is invalidated if CONFIRM 4 is formed and then a candle opens and closes below the candlebody at which the line of CONFIRM 3 was formed. CONFIRM 3 is also invalidated if CONFIRM 2 is invalidated. If only CONFIRM 3 is invalidated start looking for a new CONFIRM 3. CONFIRM 4: Second high puts a line at the top of the highest candle body from when a candle opens and closes above the candlebody at which the line of CONFIRM 2 was formed. CONFIRM 4 can only start after CONFIRM 3 is formed. CONFIRM 4 is invalidated when CONFIRM 3 is invalidated. If only CONFIRM 4 is invalidated go back to CONFIRM 3 and start looking for a new CONFIRM 3 if CONFIRM 3 is invalidated (and therefore automatically CONFIRM 4) then the highest candle body between CONFIRM 1 and the moment CONFIRM 3 is invalidated becomes the new CONFIRM 2 (or the new first high). Next the candles formed after the candle of the new CONFIRM 2 are used to search for the new CONFIRM 3 (second low) if the new CONFIRM 3 is found then the code should start looking for the new CONFIRM 4 again. If CONFIRM 1, 2, 3, 4 are formed a text message should be send by e-mail to notify that the pattern played out and the pattern should reset itself starting again looking for CONFIRM 1

My proposal is to create a indicator script that will scan for and detect the CONFIRM 1, 2, 3, and 4 patterns in the chart data. The indicator will be able to detect when a candle opens and closes above or below certain levels and will be able to identify the lines formed by CONFIRM 1 and 2. Additionally, the indicator will be able to detect when CONFIRM 3 and 4 are invalidated, and will be able to reset and start looking for CONFIRM 1 again.
