Dear Sir/Madam, I think the easiest solution could be an Excel spreadsheet with an interface of the 70 questions placed on one sheet of the file while another one would store the answers inputted. Beside that I would build a master Excel file that can sweep in the data from the questionnaire files you distribute among the students. In the end that one could contain every answer given.
