Android app with facebook login

I need a small Android application that runs on an Android device ver 2.3 and higer. 1. If user is not signed in it should present user a log-in screen and option to log-in with facebook (using OAuth and optionally with some other social like google or twitter OAuth). 2. After successfully sign-in user will be presented with a flash screen (static graphic image, the image will be provided) while the application loads (for couple seconds) 3. Upon loaded application display's main screen, The main screen provides 2 groups of functionality PROFILE FUNCTIONALITY: a) - create a profile by click [add profile] icon at the bottom of the screen. At this version profile consists of 3 fields: name, age and gender. Just keep in mind to program it the way that in next version would be easy to add more fields to a profile b) - browse list of profiles (it will be the list of names of existing profiles, click to a name bring the profile to be current and get to list of documents screen) c) - edit profile: click to "edit profile" icon bring the user to screen similar to the first screen populated with information from a picked profile where youser can update that information d) - delete profile (click icon [x] next to profile name. App ask for confirmation before delete a profile e) - choose profile from the list. The name of the current profile if always displayed at the top of screen! DOCUMENT FUNCTIONALITY: a) Scan document - click on the scan document icon let user take a picture of a document (as at "CamScanner" application although I do not need steps to crop or process image). b) when user took picture it goes to preview with 1. drop-down box to choose an existing profile b. document description and options to "save document" or "discard document". c) if saved it saves the pictures under profile from the drop-down box or if the box left blank under the current profile. Application displays on the screen only documents saved under the current profile. If user click icon "pick a profile" and pick a different profile the list of documents on the screen will be different and related to the current profile. c) any saved document can be assigned a tag as well user can create and edit a tag (like in the program CamScanner). Icons will be provided later, just put a placeholder for now. Please let me know time and price to develop such Android application?
