We require a professional enthusiastic full English speaking developer to start immediately on a mobile phone app build for iOS and Android and it needs to be compatible for the latest versions of the operating systems so iOS8 and KitKat. The basic premise of the app is it is a chat, messaging application for use with people geographically in the same area and the facility for people to create their own 'chat rooms' in app. The developer should also build a backend administration panel, any required APIs that will allow management of app, features and to view data. A The quality of the apps is of the up-most importance it must be slick, smooth and attractive, think of apps such as Tinder or Uber. You can see a rough wireframe at [login to view URL], also attached is a more detailed brief/spec (word doc). Designs will be supplied / please see the graphics (change accordingly). We will do 3 milestones for this project, first is for the apps to be built up to spec exactly and of high quality after any feedback is addressed (20%). Second milestone is completion backend/admin (20%). Final and third milestone will be on handover of all source code and completion (60%). After this build is complete we are looking for that developer to help support the product in the long term ideally, so will result in more work from us as we go along, and we will only look at people who can provide previous mobile app build experience.

The Verizon Messages is based on SMTP. The another app is almost done, ready to publish, it's based on XMPP and for settings, profile, friends I am using SOAP web services. It's also Instant messaging app based on Ejabberd server with functionality same as What's app. It enables user to share Images, Audio, Video, location and Text messages.
