Cocos2d programmer needed for Ipad / iphone / ipod touch strategy board game

Experienced programmers only please. Please see attachment. I need a 3d strategy game developed in Cocos2d for the ipad/iphone/ipod touch. This game will be developed in several phases. This is Phase 1 and there are very specific requirements stipulated in the attachment so please read very carefully. This game will only be a two player mode game (no AI yet but this is a definite possibility so please keep this in mind). The title screen, menu screen, game interface all need to be developed. There will be some complex effects: shatter / animation / sound effects needed. Thorough knowledge of Apple UI Interface Guidelines. The ability to create certificates and submit games to Apple. Skype and excellent communication skills needed as I intend to launch the game by the end of November this year! I must be able to test Phase 1 before moving onto the next phase - testing on ipad, iphone and ipod touch. Suggest how I might do this. If chosen and Phase 1 is completed to my satisfaction you must sign and return vWorker NDA before proceeding to Phase 2. Coding must not be plagiarized!!
