3D Animation Augmented Reality Application

I need a 3d AR browse application for 3d animated events. A picture is worth a thousands of words. So you better check the images attached first. This application should be web based. There will be limited number of users so the images/animations may be hosted on server. (It wont take too much bandwidth) You may use Layar, Vuforia or Blippar platforms. I don't mind. There must be an interface to upload new 3D image and 3D animations. I ll use this app on different event areas. What i mean perspective issues are intolerable.
