Development on simple Iphone App

I am looking to get a custom app built (Quickly!) I need someone who is very experienced with coding for iOS to create a smooth mobile application. This will be an emoji application that will run similiar to Emoji 2 Emoticons a couple of emojis will be categorized by emotion and the functions will allow them to be sent through text,facebook and twitter.
