572739 IPhone application like my Vaccination

Dear gentemen , I need an application exactly same "My Vaccination" in app store that give you tool to send pre definde date to calander . With these instructions : 1- have tools to create a profile with new picture or picture from rol . 2- support multiple language . And I can choose from setting the language inside the app . 3- I have 4 years childhood Vaccination for all countrys . 4- default setting is to choose user language and country based on user location . 5- if the user miss one Vaccination and do it later ( 1 month later for example ) can the app recall the dates left and send the new dates .
