I need an app written that will allow the user to mark a spot on a Google map, based on their current location. i.e. Drive to a place, stop and click the app to place a marker, and also the possibility of recording a name and comment about the location. I would like the comment, lat,long, date, time and name to be stored in a MySQL database. The user should also then be able to view the map, with all the markers on their phone, centred on their current location.

(1) If you want to share these informations (locations, comments..) then you should use a PHP server with MySQL. (2) If you just want to save these informations on user's private device so just use SQLLite. If you like (1) then it will cost much more than $250. If you like (2) then consider to choose me.
