messaging App for android and IOS

I'm looking for a freelancer who can make mobile application (android and IOS) for me which is similar to line chat or [login to view URL] will integrate with phone contact list to do free voip calls between users, , send messages and images and video to user, show call history, dial pad to call numbers, Also we will need a tab with more services to show the user more options. it should also support video, we require the mobile app with complete source code. If you have develop anything similar to this type of app you would be given preference. You will submit to applestore and google play including icons and everything.
