Need an Ebook for Ipad / Iphone

Hello Dear, how are you? i am looking for iphone / ipad developer to make me an book style application the book is a collection of texts totalling around 400 Pages ( I had this in PDF format 95% text is in english 5% text in a different lanaguge) there are many chapters in this book few hundred atleast each screen will display a single chapter with the option on that screen to move to next chapter or previoue chapter we also want a search facility built in so users can search for keywords please see attached screenshot for how the app will show to give you an idea of what i am after Graphics we will provide you just need to be ablet o create the app in ipad / iphone supporting both portrait and lanscape mode just wante it bundled network connection is not required thanks
