RUBY RAILS WEB APPLICATION DEVELOPER INSTALL IN BLUEHOST

I'm looking for a developer that have the experience with RUBY RAILS WEB APPLICATION and can install my actual WEB APP on my bluehost server and make possible to download and install it unlimited times on any apple devices (iPhone, iPod, iPad) for testing. The app has to keep connect with our currently database on HEROKU. Also we want have the option to place the app on different folders for example: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] There it will be the same web app but with different graphics, so the main idea is be able to download each web app to iPad, iPhone etc. but using different URL's of course keeping the connection with our main database in Heroku "I NEED YOU PROVIDE ME A TUTORIAL HOW REPLICATE EACH WEB APP IN DIFFERENT FOLDER KEEPING THE CONNECTION TO OUR MAIN DATABASE" This need be done by tomorrow.
