smart phone app kids timer

This project is a child's gauge and timer for showing choices. Visualize a car's gas needle gauge; this represents the total time available to do two or three things. When parent sets total parameter, child can move gauge needle/s to select amount of time for each choice represented. Must run quickly and simply. One page with settings changes for: number of choices to divide total into; fields to type titles of choices; select interval and end timer sounds; field fill colors. Possible: skins and option to save and graph choice data. Very little in the way of graphics or animation, but what is there needs to be cute, preferably asian cute. All smartphone platforms preferred. Please provide time estimate with monetary bid.
