system that changes the banner network on my apps

I need to have a system that changes the banner network on my apps without publishing them again on the markets. My apps are for Iphone/Ipad/Android and I would like to have more networks at the same time (they must alternate during the visualisations). So, I need a programmer that personalises AdWhirl to support other networks apart from the “official” ones. Practically, AdWhirl must be installed on a server (to be exact, it must be installed on an Amazon EC2 application: [login to view URL]) and conveniently set up, and, later, it is necessary to modify the sources to support other networks, creating the various network adapters.
