Augmented Reality Overlay App on Android/Apple/Tablet

Require the development of an augmented reality overlay app for both operating on android and apple and tablet. The overlay is downloaded of our widget(overlay connection) that widget then collects user information at opt -in for simple data registration and connectivity to upload future offerings User downloads the overlay app. Application is the portal that users will view digital content. App requests subscriber to opt-in so that further experiences can occur (geolocation). App can upload new offerings and features as we develop interface experience overtime.. App will engage when user points at an object that is marked by this application to then begin the AR experience. Which is an introductory of our company through video and active buttons that link to registration and their Facebook, Twitter etc to extend the experience. They can interact with touch to join features. The user is then directed to a One of these Buttons is linked to a "TRY IT YOURSELF" do-it-yourself edit suite interface that's needed to add digital content on our 2D object that we want them to try their first overlay do it your self experience with this app The edit suite has basic buttons and graphics directory that the user can link to their social media and drag and drop into the 2d object that is marked Edit Suite is usable on their mobile phone or tablet (web interface can be the next round of build). They can customize their own augmented 2D object that they purchased from us! My understanding is that they download the app to then be able to point and click and capture through the app to then augment the object in the edit suite? The edit suite provides Overlay Creator Suite Buttons for drag and drop that can link to social sites or choose to link to a url, Facebook, twitter, Pinterest and LinkedIn. Buttons have to have some design to them (choice to user) round, rectangular and can be assigned text over top, such as graphics from Facebook and Twitter bird, Pinterest, Linkden etc.... Drag and drop in AR Video that we will design and they can choose which video to use and put it where they like! (this is a promotional set of short videos to introduce our company) We as the company have to be able to use the edit suite to allow us to create and drop in our own branded graphics. NOTE: If you can create the motion graphics for this that would be great! we will provide the logos and material for augmentation (animations etc) We must be able to overlay within this app to marker a promotional website so it come to life also! IMPORTANT:: This application cannot be connected to existing applications in market and is free of any license of other AR solutions and is scalable from the perspective of programing and source code! It is not associated with any companies. It will be our unique offering and is effectively our beta1 test to scale services within this application to become a platform for our future AR offerings. We are aware of the open source algorithms for AR uses and are fine with that.. In this application we require to collect data at time of subscription and attach to a database that you can provide to us. So please provide a dashboard for us to track (geolocation) and grow user information ongoing so we can drop in new features to this app as we grow into an AR company. Is there a possibility that we can connect our users to get the app from fields in the registration at of time out checkout on our website that an email will be sent for them to set-up the app to their phone from the fields of data we get when they pay. Project needs to be completed within a 5 week time frame or less! Thanks!
