I give the lower bid because I want to improve my reputation, but I'm really good with Android Applications (Development Java in general). Look an app that I put into my gallery, I made this jobs for a Hospital in my city.

I plan to work in Agile methodology to give you updates on the progress of a task. I have been working on business application for my previous employer so that makes me think I would be best suited for the job. I set the milestone do default values, as I believe that you can't pay me for a part of application, hope you do not mind this.
