This app needs to create a geofence of 1km radius with a click of a button. Once the geofence is created it should be available for all the users who are using the app. The geofence will erase itself after 15 min. Once a user walks into the geofence or is in the geofence already he/she will receive a notification saying you are in the geofence. The most important part is that we don't want a LOCAL geofence. it NEEDS to be on all devices and and work for all users together.

Hello, This is not a canned response. I have read requirements carefully before placing my bid. My understanding is:- 1. Users will install android app on their phones. 2. User can open app and click on some button to create geofencing in proximity of 1KM. 3. The moment any users will step into geofence created in step 2, they will receive push notification saying you "You are in geofencing". 4.
