Cross platform 2D mobile game - 500$ Budget

IMPORTANT: This game can not be done with Unity game engine! Apply only if you can make it with Cocos2D-x or another way) This project consists of two parts: First part is the game itself and the second part is other functions I will describe below. The Game itself will be: Simple 2D game (no physics) The game will be multiplatform (initially iOS and android) and multi device (smartphones and tablets). The game will have 30 stages. The stages will not need any extra design, Each stage will have different background image, which I will provide. Enemy speed, number of enemies and power ups will be adjusted so that the game will get more difficult after each stage. I will provide detailed information of how I want the app to look like (screen by screen) I will provide a link to a similar game I will provide graphics and images I will provide sounds The second part of this project is the following features that must be integrated: Rewarded Video ads. Users will be given powerups or gold for watching ads Google Play Game Services integration Social sharing (facebook, twitter) Admob + 2 or 3 more ad networks Push notifications "Rate this app" function [login to view URL] for ads and rewards In app purchases Analytics Reward for opening the app (once a day) I will own the code and rights to the game. The developer will help me upload the app to the app stores The game must comply with the app store and android market rules. Must provide guarantee that the game is bug free and in good working order
