Develop a managed iphone address book.

Please read whole description before bid. I need an iPhone app. Normally when a user call to mobile which his/her number is not on address book, cell phone only show his number and not his name. I need an application that when someone call, first check cell phone’s address book if it find the match number with a record in address book then show it but if not then connecting to my online DB and check if that number is on my DB if yes show it if not just show the number as it was before. This is the basic idea of the application however I would put some filter for SPAM calls and so on. This application would publish in two version free and paid version which free version would show some AD and less feature and paid version have not any AD and is full feature. *Note: before bid make sure you know how to access incoming call in iPhone, still I’m not sure if this idea technically is practical PFA-Diagram
