events advertising and marketing app

I need a responsive website and android app. I would like it designed and built. What will the app actually do? Advertise events (Sports, Music, Clubbing, Running, Bicycle races) •How will people use it? Website, Android and Apple •What will the app contain and how will the content be provided? The app will contain event information (type of event, event picture, Event name, Location (s), date, Time (s), web link , category (s) with Price(s), event organizers name(s) and contact number(s) , Registered user(s) can enter information or owner (me) will enter the information •Could you give a “use case” of how someone would use the app in real life? User opens an app, Select type of event (once off: to set default) Select region/town. Then a list of events (Even picture on the left and on the right (Name, Location, date and time) within 30km radius should appear arranged according to date. When a user opens/clicks the event, all the information about the event is displayed and the user has an option to select (Are you attending [Yes, Maybe]). When a user selects maybe or attending, the event must save under my events and notify user two days and a day before. There must be three drop down menus at the top (Region/Town, Date, Type of event).
