2 Feature App

I need an 2 apps. Then, when a button is pushed, the app will find the NEXT CLOSEST PERSON who has the SECOND app installed, and give them the option to ANSWER the call or PASS the call to the NEXT CLOSEST PERSON who has the SECOND app installed. App #1 allows the user to press a button, to find people who use app #2. - Can view a map of all people who use App #2, who are set to AVAILABLE. App #2 allows people close to App #1 to receive the opportunity to talk to the person, or pass to the next available user. - Can set yourself to be AVAILABLE (GREEN DOT), ON A CALL (YELLOW DOT), DO NOT DISTURB (RED DOT).
