make this floating bottom nav bar in ios

i have a design i need to have implemented. its with a floating nav bar with a top nav bar. single screen ios application. I have a plugin i think can work but im not sure if it does. if not then just code it any kind of way. I will send you the icons on the nav bar. there is a nav bar at the top and the floating one at the bottom. the one at the bottom would go to a different section of the app. the top nav stays in the home section and goes to 4 of the same sections just different color backgrounds and icons. i will give the icons.
