I am my self a developer , I will develop the web services required for this project. I need a mobile android app with built with following features which runs on all android smart phones user registration / login with google account push notifications show records as a list per days . next and prev button should navigate to next and previous day I need only individual to work on this.. can you develop on this budget ? how long will take you to deliver the app ? will you be to built the app with hybrid technologies such as phone gap or other are you okay with this budget ?
