xcode 10 cordova plugin conversion

The official geofence plugin for ionic is not working with the latest version of xcode because of the swift language version it was written into. We are looking for someone that is able to convert the plugin to make it work on xcode 10. The job consist of fixing the plugin and provide a ionic project sample that compile.
