Gradebook setup for vocational training in Moodle

Vocational training institutions mark student assessment in the competency model. I am seeking help to configure the gradebook as follows in the Moodle version 3.6 learning management system. Scenario: - Students are enrolled in a subject (say unit to be precise) - A subject (unit) contains multiple assignments (quiz, short answer question, forum post, projects etc) - If a student gets >=50% in the assignment, it is considered "Satisfactory" - If a student gets <50% in the assignment, it is considered "Not Yet Satisfactory" - If a student passes an assignment, it is known as "Satisfactory" - If failed, it is known as "Not Yet Satisfactory" - Students need to pass all assignments, i.e., must be "Satisfactory" in all assignments - If a student is "Satisfactory" in all assessments, that student is considered "Competent" in that unit - If a student fails in ONE or MORE assignments, it is considered "Not Yet Competent" In summary: - an assignment can be "Satisfactory" or "Not Yet Satisfactory" - a subject/unit can be "Competent" or "Not Yet Competent" Requirements: I need your help to setup the above logic in Moodle system level. I am not interested to modify the settings in unit/subject level because new units are created quarterly and it's not manageable. Please check the attached sample grade book for 4 students. The solution should be easy and practical to implement.
