Hi, I'm a computer science graduate, I built multiple full C# projects including image processing projects, I am more than capable of building this application. This project is a simple project, It's difficulty is in the percentage of accuracy you want, but it will be easy by some of image processing before comparing, in order to ignore hair, whiskers and other staff. then build a small neural network to recognize the person from different views. The application should take about 7 days but I have asked for 10 days just in case a situtation that I was unaware of appeared
