Windows Desktop Application

We are hiring a developer to create only the beginning of an application. If this milestone is completed well, there will be more work immediately. The requirements are as follows: Build a windows desktop application (using Visual Studio C#) that scans a user’s hard drive for credit card numbers (the scope will be limited to American Express credit card numbers) and logs the names of the sensitive files into a text file. Description of user experience: a user downloads the application, installs it on their computer, opens the application and presses a button to initiate the scan. The scan then completes and the user can open the text file to view which files on their computer contains credit card numbers. For completion of this project, please send an executable file containing the application so I can test its functionality as described. Also necessary is a zip file of the entire source code.
