Adding programs to my server !

Hello, I have just bought a dedicated server which is hosted with fasthosts.co.uk. This server is running windows 2003. At this time I am able to add domain names and host a website (html) but I do not have any other software and services loaded such as .net, asp, php, phpmyadmin, ms sql, mysql, oscommerce installer etc, etc. I want to be able to offer hosting services to other people and will need to have all these added aswell as some kind of control panel like [login to view URL] which will make it easier for people to host and manage their website. It will also offer me a way to manage accounts and bill them for the service. I do not know how to add these services and will need some help to do so. I await your responses. Thanks Chris
