I have one C# .NET library file that i'm using with my existing project. I need similar functionality and i can't find source code for that library. It's free library, not commercial, but maybe obfuscated. So i need someone to deobfuscate it, get complete source code, and create Visual Studio C# project with that source code. If it is under GPL/Apache license, I think you can get the source code from the respective library sites, however, if it is not available, send it across.. let me give a try.
