Simple commenter software

Simple tool required - Will search for CommentLuv sites to post comments to and allow posting of comments to all or selection of search results returned example: inurl:dog training "This site uses KeywordLuv" inurl:dog training “Enable CommentLuv” Tool would offer to bookmark sites that user posts comments to. Need it within 24 hours. Keyword Search: ________________ GO Results 9245 (from Google). Scrape the Title & URL from Google - can be 50 at time with Page < > Links to move forward. User will be interested in top 10 - 20 results generally. So only need to display 50 and he selects which to post to. Can show him each page in internal browser window (of software) He will add his comments including his username, email id, url and comment text in a popup box from the top menu, and will click post 1 time, software will then attempt to post the comments automatically to the selected sites.
