Nextion screen and Arduino

I have a Nextion NX4832T035 screen. (480x320px, 3.5" screen) I have an Arduino Uno. I would like a simple 2 screen program on the nextion that looks like "Nextion1.0" and "Nextion 1.1" (attached). I would like the first page to have a button that navigates to page 2. On page two there will be a number with a "+" and a "-" to go up and down. Minimum number needs to be 0 and the maximum is 15. You must then press the save button and it goes to the first page. I would then like this to communicate with the arduino and give it the number available on the screen. I would then like the arduino to send the number it is collecting and print it on the first page. Code preferably to be written in C# or C++.
