Convert figma design into the Next.js website with tailwind css

I already have figma designs. Pages of UI are attached kindly check. Project will be divided into 2 phases/milestones. Phase/Milestone 1 : I want project in [login to view URL] with tailwind css with mobile and web responsive UI Project have 6 pages 1) Landing page 2) Products 3) Product details 4) About us 5) Contact us 6) 404 Not found Components should be reusable * Text should be loaded from a json file so that it can be easily changed. * Products details like description images should be loaded from the json file * Google analytics should be added * [login to view URL] chatting feature should be integrated * Open graph meta tag should be added from the .json file . Each page will have different og tags Phase 2/Milestone 2 : We need to integrate the mongodb database and create an admin section for it. 1) Functional Contact us form with sending confirmation mail to admin and user 2) List contact us queries in admin section 3) Admin can login into the dashboard and the forgotten / reset password feature should be there. 4) Admin add new products and see list current product and modify it NOTE : Kindly go through project requirement before bidding price.
