Our team's computer vision researchers and software engineers are working to identify restraints to current no-code/low-code technologies while developing a disruptive industry solution. Our end goal is to take our extensive research and knowledge to develop a technology that takes a web design (PDF, Figma file, Sketch file etc.) and generates dynamic, human-readable HTML, CSS, and React JS. We are looking for a Mern Stack Lead Developer (Full Stack) to produce scalable intelligent software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As a Full Stack developer, you should be comfortable around both core Frontend, inbuilt packages, and third-party libraries. You will work closely with a highly productive AI team and lead our software engineering team located in Hyderabad, India. You will also work closely with other members of our team headquartered in Austin, TX. As a leader in the organization, you will work on a wide range of tasks including front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. The ability to work closely with your juniors to mentor, distribute work, and manage the overall web engineering direction is highly important. Responsibilities: Perform code reviews, Ship high-quality, well-tested, secure, scalable, extensible, and maintainable code. Manage a team of Highly efficient developers working on agile development Practices including Sprint Planning. Apply design principles and patterns in creating enterprise level solutions, as needed. Design products, services, and systems that are resilient to the iteration and change required by the needs of the business. Research new technologies and development methodologies to drive efficiency and improve customer experience. Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of experience as a MernStack/ Backend Developer. Experience managing at least 5+ Engineers as a lead Developer. Experience working with platforms such as Jira, Zen Hub, Etc., Have worked on NodeJS Platforms extensively. Expertise in building performant and robust REST and GraphQL APIs. Hands-on experience with frameworks like ExpressJS, NextJS, and Fastify. Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL and Redis. Hands-on experience in working with React related libraries like Redux, MaterialUI and frameworks like NextJS.
